A University-Based “First & Only” in Europe
The Wellbeing Coach Certification Program—successfully sustained for over six years through the partnership between Istanbul Gedik University and Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy—completed its 8th term for the 2024–2025 academic season on May 25, 2025. The graduation ceremony was held with great enthusiasm at the Gedik University Vocational School Conference Hall.
Opening speeches were delivered by Ebru Şinik, the program’s founder and lead instructor for the past six years, a pioneering figure in Türkiye’s wellbeing field. Şinik emphasized the responsibility that comes with an internationally recognized title and the mission of spreading a culture of wellbeing across the community. Seda Birkan, Director of the Gedik University Continuous Education Center, also addressed the audience and expressed the university’s pride in this collaboration.
32 New Graduates, Global Participation
A total of 32 new Wellbeing Coaches successfully completed the program, including participants from Türkiye and other countries. Graduates celebrated together both on stage and online, joining from around the world. With comprehensive theoretical and practical training, the new graduates are now prepared to serve as professional coaches in the holistic health sector.
The diversity of professional backgrounds among graduates once again demonstrated the universal reach and inclusive nature of the program. We wholeheartedly congratulate our new graduates and wish them a meaningful journey of inspiring and illuminating their communities through wellbeing.
