Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy's signature certification programs include the Wellbeing Coach Certificate Program, developed by our academy founder Ebru Şinik through long years of work and experience, based on the methodology in her book Your Genes Are Not Your Destiny. The program, which has been conducted within the framework of cooperation with Istanbul Gedik University since 2020, consists of an 8.5-month educational process under the leadership of Ebru Şinik. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, we experienced the pride and happiness of holding the 9th term graduation ceremony.
Purpose and Scope of the Program
Sustainable Transformation and Scientific Foundation
The main objective of the total 32 modules studied over eight months is primarily directed towards "knowing and recognizing oneself physically and mentally, and transforming by raising life quality step by step." The most important principle emphasized by Ebru Şinik throughout the training period is to understand the basis of topics and establish connections between them rather than relying on rote memorization, and making this information sustainable in daily life.
Curriculum Design
One of the core elements of the program is its focus on sustainable transformation by diving into the details of the fundamental information written by Ebru Şinik in her highly acclaimed books “Your Genes Are Not Your Destiny” and its practice workbook "Wellbeing Journal", along with “Life Hidden in the Breath” and “Holistic Detox Recommendations”. The curriculum is uniquely designed to transform complex scientific and ancient Vedic knowledge into simple, actionable daily habits. Focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being (wellbeing), the program ensures that these practices become a natural part of a comfortable and sustainable lifestyle. At the end of the program, participants are awarded a Certificate approved by Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy.
