A “Corporate Wellbeing Introduction” session was held for the members and employees of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO), organized by ATSO Academy and led by Ebru Şinik.
The event raised awareness about stress management, breath awareness, and the role of daily routines in maintaining a balanced and productive professional life. Participants learned practical mind–body techniques applicable in corporate settings.
Founded on April 3, 1882 under the name “Agriculture and Commerce Chamber,” the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) is one of Turkey’s oldest and most established business organizations, ranking second after Istanbul. Today, ATSO stands out as one of Antalya’s most influential institutions with 65,000 members, a 550 million TL budget, 49 professional groups, and 283 committee members, including 117 assembly members.
During the one-hour session, emphasis was placed on stress management and daily wellbeing routines that support work–life balance and enhance overall productivity within organizations. Practical suggestions for integrating wellbeing into corporate culture were also shared.
