Wellbeing Coach Ebru Şinik has launched a new series of lunch-and-chat events titled “Wellbeing Tables” at The Grand Tarabya Hotel. These gatherings bring together seasonal wellbeing menus, holistic health conversations and a stunning Bosphorus backdrop.

The Grand Tarabya managed by Accor – Bosphorus View Wellbeing Experience

In collaboration with The Grand Tarabya managed by Accor, Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Daily Wellbeing, the Wellbeing Tables bring together holistic health and gastronomy in an inspiring environment overlooking the Bosphorus.

Each month, the wellbeing menu and conversation topic are curated according to seasonal changes and the needs of the time—offering participants a meaningful, enriching and delicious experience.

Organized under the leadership of Ebru Şinik, future Wellbeing Tables will include expert guest speakers in the field of holistic wellbeing — including meditation, breathwork, immune resilience, digestive health, circadian rhythms and mindful eating.

Boost Your Immune System as Winter Approaches

The first gathering was held on Saturday 8 November, 12:00–15:00, exclusively for Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy graduates and Wellbeing Coaches.

Guests enjoyed a delightful and engaging luncheon accompanied by a Bosphorus-view hall and a carefully crafted wellbeing menu by Chef Giovanni Terracciano.

Throughout the session, breathwork, the science behind meditation and its role as a panacea for stress-related conditions were revisited through live insight and shared experience.

  • 🥗 First Course: Quinoa Salad, Shrimps, Baby Spinach, Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted Almonds, Avocado & Lime Emulsion
  • 🍲 Second Course: Turmeric Bone Broth, Pumpkin & Ginger Kamut Tortellini
  • 🥩 Main Course: Sous Vide Beef Fillet, Carrot & Orange Purée, Brussels Sprouts & Thyme Jus
  • 🍮 Dessert: Date & Cardamom Pudding, Maple-Caramelised Pear & Hazelnuts
